Encore is a special collaboration with our friends from Rizom. We brewed our Sour IPA base recipe and Chef Olivier De Vriendt hand selected a variety of sage from his garden that would pair beautifully with plums that he picked earlier that day. Thanks again to Chef Olivier and the Rizom team!
