Пиво Ajoin Bier - Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat

Ajoin bier was born out of a collab with a chef and a brewer who wanted to make a fun, tasty beer. This beer was made by throwing 30 kilograms of onions in a appelwood powered smoker. These onions were then used by our brewer as a basis for this beer. The outspoken smokey taste of onion was rounded out by a slight acidic touch of wheat. The aroma's were balanced out by adding cilantro en sweet orange peel. The result is a dazzlingly fresh, slightly hazy wheat beer.
