A contemporary golden cask ale made with the best pale ale malt, Young’s yeast and new world cascade and mosaic hops. The biscuity malt sweetness is balanced out by the late copper and dry hopped addition of the new world hops giving it a complex pine and citrus aroma ending with a slight bitter grapefruit finish.
