Blurring the lines between beer and wine to create a draught that is both refreshing and delicious. 2014 vintage Zinfandel grapes skins from Thatcher Winery were added to three-month-old Bretta Weisse, this addition sparked a secondary fermentation. This concoction was placed in a retired American Oak Union Barrel, along with B. lambicus and aged six more months. Ruby in color with vinous notes of Zinfandel brambles, blackberry and wheat and cereal notes. Toasted American oak aroma with hints of earthy yeast give way to balanced acidity and carbonation offering a refreshing finish.
