Пиво Bitter Pil - Galway Bay Brewery

It’s floral & crisp with a pleasing, almost aggressive bitterness that softens as you drink your way down the glass. Dream Summer Beer! Decoction mashed with bohemian floor malted pilsner malt & boiled with an absolute heap of Czech Saaz hops to a floral & bitter 40 IBU. A long cool fermentation with Urquell yeast & lagered for an eternity, before getting a tiny tiny dry hop with more Saaz before packaging. Total production time is almost 11 weeks!
