DIVING BELL is our tip of the hat to the Scottish Wee Heavy. A beer style well matched for the stormy days & nights we endure in Galway. Brewed with a base of Scotland's finest Golden Promise malt, heaps of crystal malt & a touch of roast barley. Followed by a long, cool fermentation with Scottish ale yeast before being racked to Nicaraguan Rum Casks on Valentines Day, where it has rested for seven months. Silky smooth with big notes of molasses, stone fruit & a little spice. Diving Bell is a sweet, malty beast with a beautifully delicate structure.
