Diving Bell is our top of the hat to the Scottish Wee Heavy. This is the third vintage for this sweet and boozy sipper. A beer well matched for the stormy days and nights we endure in Galway. Brewed with a base of Scotlands finest golden promise malt, heaps of crystal malt and a touch of roast barley. Followed by a long, cool fermentation with Scottish ale yeast before being racked to Nicaraguan rum casks where it has rested for 2 years and 1 month. This vintage is silky smooth with a massive sweet rum character propped up by a beautifully delicate base. To be enjoyed now or aged cold.
