The Bots are back in town is a Belgian style pale ale. Inspired by those wonderfully floral, bitter, crisp & quaffable pale ales of Brussels. This is a simple beer made with Pale malt & heaps of Saaz & Mittlefruh to snappy 60 bitterness units, then dry hopped with more of the same. Fermented with a fruity belgian yeast & bottled with high Carbonation for maximum refreshment. Everyone needs some "la technique belge" in their lives. Santé!
