A Helles at heart, but we added some oat malt, flaked oats and raw wheat. Fermented with everyone’s favorite helles yeast and hopped with Crosby Hops NZ MOTU BLEND (Motu making its European debut in this beer!!). Motu hops in the kettle & whirlpool, bolstered by a small dry hop before extensive lagering. It’s a soft, gentle affair & a perfect summer quencher. Let’s hope we get the weather.
