Sour ale is one of the world’s oldest beer styles whose origins can be traced back to the 16th century. This easy-drinking beer has been brewed in collaboration with Italy’s Birra Dell’Eremo brewery. Our Italian friends have infused this summer beer with sweet, natural, peach juice to counter the style’s natural sourness, whilst the addition of bergamot orange gives this beer a thoroughly modern classic twist thanks to the fruit’s distinctive Earl Grey tea-esque flavours and fragrances.
