Double IPA hopped in the kettle and throughout fermentation with Cashmere, Citra and BRU-1 Cryo hops, and finished with Riwaka. We brew this beer with a base of Pilsner Malt and Spelt Malt, and change up the hops each year. This year’s iteration is hitting hard with full-bodied, tangy, peach/mango medley and explosive aromatics.
