High, Low, & In Between was brewed as a Pilsner base, hopped with Hallertau and Motueka in the kettle, and lagered in 2 600-litre Oak Puncheons for 2 months. The beer was then krausened in stainless with fresh, fermenting lager, and conditioned for an additional month before packaging. High, Low & In Between is unfiltered and presents rich aromatics of pilsner malt, oak and spice. It drinks with present minerality, ample floral bitterness, and a dry finish, giving this beverage a unique character and lovely drinkability for these Summer days in Maine.
