Built on a simple malt bill of Wheat, Pilsner, and Vienna, this Double IPA was dosed with heavy handed additions of Strata, Cascade Cryo and a new experimental hop - HBC 586. Citrus, Papaya, Ripe Melon, and Mango dominate the palate, with an underlying Strata-driven dankness.
