Hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, Nelson and Rakau... Maximum is the counterpoint to our Minimum series of single-hop pale ales. We've thoroughly enjoyed the informative nature of the Minimums, not only for the education on hop character, but also for the opportunity to integrate a wide variety of grains and mash profiles into our evolving process. Maximum is our first attempt at a synthesis of these impressions. It features 2-row, Oat malt, flaked wheat, and a whole lot of chit malt. The beer pours brightly hazy, lands somewhere between soft and spritely, and drips with the mellow fruits one might find in their elementary school mixed-fruit cup (minus the gross syrup).
