Our first Collab with Oxbow, a traditional English Bitter purpose built for extended bouts of serious drinkin’. Quid was brewed with Maris Otter, light crystal malts and fruit-forward English Ale yeast, with a calculated dose of East Kent Goldings and Challenger hops. Quid is lightly carbonated and pours a clear, golden amber hue, unleashing bold notes of sweet dark fruit, crackery bread crust, and floral hops. This malty crusher leads with impressions of sweet malt, strawberry and pear, yielding to a crisp, dry, and lightly bitter finish. It’s almost gone before you’ve figured it out, and then it’s time to figure it out some more.
