We dosed this batch of Swirl with a ton of Blackberry and Blueberry puree, then layered in heaps of toasted coconut and a touch of vanilla, resulting in a super refreshing, sour but sweet melange of silky berry goodness. A complex nose of baked coconut and vanilla mix with prickly blackberry and mellow blueberry, with flavors to match. The vanilla and coconut in this one even out the berry tannins in a satisfying, sweet-tart sip that finishes semi-dry for top notch Summer sessioning.
