We brewed our fourth iteration of Minimum with 100% Strata hops. Strata leads with passion fruit & mango, with a hint of Oolong and Earl Gray tea. We blasted this beer to test the limits of the hop. Packed with flavor, it remains dry and infinitely drinkable.
