The Bourbon County Barrel Select series showcases barrels hand picked for their unique qualities and aged in a special place in our warehouse. This barrel was picked out of our 2018 Wheatwine casks and has a pronounced vanilla aroma. The high alcohol from the extended aging time slips discreetly into a blanket of caramel and maple sweetness.
