We recently took a trip out to the breadbasket to source all the malts for this lager from a single maltster in Iowa. A golden haze with an aroma of toasted biscuits gives rise to a soft, malt forward beer with some doughy sweetness.Rounded out by slight expressions of floral hops and a faint rye spice.
