Our friends at Alvéole work to connect people to nature in cities by installing and caring for beehives and we think thats pretty cool so we made a beer with them! We used a Biere de Garde yeast to give the beer a dry body and honey from Chicago's Alvéole hives helped balance the dryness and add a unique rosemary and thyme aroma.
