While hiking along the coast of Costa Rica last year, our Logistics Manager, Matt, took a spill and ended up lost at sea (true story- if you see him in the taproom he’ll be happy to tell you the longer version). Luckily, he eventually made it back home to Chicago, a little banged up but sporting a killer tan. Featuring tropical hop notes and a subtle floral finish, we brewed this dry-hopped Kolsch with chamomile as a reminder to relax and enjoy the simpler things in life as you watch the waves roll by.
