Пиво Fuzzy Buddy - Goose Island Beer Co.

A beer inspired by our favorite funky fuzzy fruit. Fuzzy Buddy is a wild golden ale with Chardonnay juice added and barrel-aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. This is where the funk began. Afterward, 2 lbs/bbl of kiwi puree was added along with more wild yeast to accentuate the tropical character. What resulted is a subtle tart kiwi beer. Expect notes of white grape, lemon, ripe tropical fruit, oak, and of course a nod from the kiwi itself!
