Joose Island is an aggressively hopped unfiltered IPA with Mango juice and lactose (milk sugar). To get a super low bitterness and a soft round juiciness, we opted to forgo hops in the boil and only dry hopped this beer sing Idaho 7, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cryo Mosaic hops.
