We went back to our grain belt roots, and brewed an American adjunct lager with corn and rice. This light and refreshing lager is an homage to the breweries that built the industry in this country, and is the closet favorite of the blue collar workers that keep this place alive. We pulled the craft card by using Lutra yeast from our friends at Omega, and we turned this "lager" around in ten days. Drink it fast, and drink a lot - loaf on friends!
