Brewed for all chefs, line cooks, servers, bartenders, and anyone else who needs a shift beer. We recently took a trip out to the breadbasket to source all the malts and rye for this lager from Miller Malting in Iowa. A golden haze with an aroma of toasted biscuits gives rise to a soft, malt forward beer with some doughy sweetness. A true showcase of malt complexity. Rounded out by slight expressions of floral Mt. Hood, and Northern Brewer hops and a faint rye spice. Taste best after the bar is closed
