Every year we take a trip to Michigan and visit our friends at Hop Head Farms to hand pick the freshest most dankity dank hops in the midwest. This year we chose Chinook hops to brew our annual Sticky Feathers wet hopped IPA and crammed a staggering 37 lbs per barrel into the kettle for huge aromas of pine and grapefruit. Late hop addition means low bitterness and a well balanced IPA
