This is a reminder of the good times before COVID; I want people to feel hopeful and inspired that we’ll one day soon return to life as we knew it. Because of this, I used old school hops and our house ale yeast for a familiar Goose flavor to create a light blonde ale reminiscent of Chicago Summer and the better times ahead. ALL PROFITS FROM THIS BEER WILL BENEFIT THE CHICAGO COMMUNITY COVID RESPONSE FUND.
