Triple by alcohol, double by dry hop, this single hop triple ipa with honey packs a serious mellowness. This beer showcases Styrian Dragon, a new variety of hop that gives a nice variety of stone fruit, and a touch of mint. The bitterness is curbed nicely by the honey added, 10 lbs per barrel, which adds a slight sweetness to the beer… The double dry hop, once recirculated, gives a hop fullness which hits on all fronts, taste wise. Overall, this isn’t your normal triple ipa. Enjoy.
