Since 2013 we have been collaborating with musicians at the Pitchfork Music Festival that takes place at Union park down the street. This year, we were lucky enough to work with the extremely talented Parquet Courts from NYC. They wanted to make a summer crusher so we threw orange peel and a blend of Morrocan and Indian coriander into a beer and voila, a wit beer was made! On tap here and Pitchfork only.
