Salty like the winds of the Indian Ocean and beautiful like paradise flowers on the ankles of islanders, our new brew is a tribute to the legendary Bombay Sapphire gin, without which sea voyages would be less memorable. Gin-goze with color of the deep, generously flavored with salt, juniper, coriander and other spices traditionally used in the gin preparation. The deep blue color of the beer is given by the three-colored Klitoria - a plant popular in tropical Asia that is used to make blue tea and antidepressants.
