To represent the history of pineapple and lychee planting in Tsing Yi, the brewer has used tropical fruit flavoured hops in Chun Fa Lok India Pale Lager. The beer has a very light, clean body with an aroma of dried pineapple and resin. The beer delivers a rich sweetness of roasted malt and the gentle sweetness of lychee, with a mellow bitterness lingering into the aftertaste. Chun Fa Lok India Pale Lager combines the creativity and passion as the Tsing Yi neighbourhood, and the persistence of traditional craft our brewery held for beer.
