The Beer: Captain Psykick Siesta Lager is a dry hopped American Pilsner with clean malt characters that you can easily crush one after another. Classic pilsner malt, combining with the lagering process, gives the beer its clean and smooth mouthfeel. The beer is dry hopped with selected American hops, which give a soft classic citrusy aroma, and a dry and crisp finish with a firm but tamed hop bitterness.
