Cherish is a farmhouse blonde ale fermented in two Frederiksdal cherry wine casks for six months, then conditioned on a splash of Frederiksdal cherry puree in stainless steel tanks. Noticeable tropical fruit-like yeast character leads the way. Mild cherry, plum, raisins, and dark fruits to follow, with medium vanilla and toasted oat characters in the background. Biscuity malt and some coconut on palate. Smooth acidity to balance in the finish.
