This is the first Heyday fresh hop beer!! We added 50 kgs of whole cone Nelson Sauvin to the hop back. We dry hopped it with even more plus some Wai-iti, Taiheke, and Moutere. It is completely unfined, and unfiltered. Glorious New Zealand terroir aromas of pasionfruit, white grape, and fresh cut grass. This one is vegan friendly.
