Our Barrel Aged Extra Stout brewed with the addition of Hope Distillery’s first batch of their Spiced Cane Cutter. This stylish stout is a harmony of hops, malts and spirit, and aged with reclaimed French oak barrels to add complexity without any oaky dominance. Rich in flavour, with a deep dark colour and a moreish taste. Cane Cutter is our first batch of our pot still molasses Rum (still currently maturing).
