We went kinda wild with this one!! We started off with a subtle, slightly roasted dark grist, then dropped three hundred locally sourced oysters into the boil of this black gose!! After souring and fermentation, this yields a cheeky little beer with just the right balance of acidity, salinity, malt character, and oysters of course!!! This beer was boatloads of fun to make - nothin like eating 300 oysters that have been boiled in sweet, sweet wort
