Пиво Elusive - Hopfly Brewing Co.

A little bit of Azacca and a lotta bit of Enigma. Enigma, true to form, has been a little bit of a tricky hop for us in the past. This batch, however totally rips. We get intense, dank fresh hops on the nose and a dank body with notes of white wine grapes. Finish is soft and smooth. A really unique profile relative to some of our overtly juicy IPAs and one that we're super excited about!
