This beer, Aged for 24 months on Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, is our dark testament to wood and spirit. We blended two of our favorite barrels to achieve a stout that sings with bourbon and oak but has the sweetness and body to hide any alcohol heat. You'll take a journey from dark fruit and caramel sweetness to robust chocolate ganache while that Kentucky goodness floats over your palate. Finally a rush of vanilla. This is our barrel program at its best.
