Пиво Pass the Axe - Casita Brewing Company, Hopfly Brewing Co.

We brewed this delicately smoked pilsner brewed in collaboration with our buddy Ryan at Casita Cerveceria. We smoked a bag of Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner in my backyard and then topped the rest of the grist off with straight Bo-Pils, yielding a delicious pilsner with just a hint of smoke.
