This Bananas Foster inspired stout is definitely a nice treat, courtesy of our main man PAUL! We started with an extra big stout base, then fermented this bad boy with 900lbs of bananas and a mighty dose of cinnamon at the end. All of these flavors meld together beautifully and hide the fact that this is the highest ABV stout we have made to date!
