We break the tradition that coffee beer can only be a stout. For this Pale Ale we used lactose which made a creamy wort. Then, after the fermentation period, to create a final flavor, we added a cold-brewed coffee blend and coconut - made by Tamás Melis, the roasting master of Cafe Frei. Hops used: Challenger, East Kent Goldings.
