Golden-pink hued and with a strong floral scent, this beer lives up to its name. You'll sense the rose, elderflower, and hibiscus long before you taste, but the floral essence continues as you sip. A many-layered beer, you'll taste a strong element of grapefruit (lent by the hops used) along with the flowers, and may get a hint of pink peppercorn. This effervescent beer finished out with biscuity malt notes and just a touch of non-citrusy tart from hibiscus and rose hips.
