With this pilot, we're experimenting with kveik yeast, known for tropical fruit aromas, as well as a small dry hop with experimental 586 and Citra hops, which all come together for big passion fruit and guava aromas. To enhance these elements, 4#/barrel of mango puree was also added, lending more tropical fruity flavors to this full-bodied, low bitterness wheat!
