Orange hued with creamy yellow head, distinct floral aromas of jasmine and geranium combine with lemon citrus and earthy green tea as you raise a glass of this beer to your nose. Citrus and grassy hop and tea flavors are balanced by a medium bodied malt backbone, and the definite floral sweetness carries through in the taste. The beer finishes with a smooth and balanced jasmine essence and an approachable hop bitterness. This sessionable pale is a perfect fall tailgating beer. The contributions of CSU to the City of Fort Collins (and to the international research and academic community) are immeasurable. One of the iconic places associated with Fort Collins and CSU is Hughes Stadium, which perches just below Horsetooth Reservoir and features views of craggy foothills and a grand Aggie A rising above it.
