Matcha is a special green tea made from the sprouts of camellia sinensis grounded in stone mill. Much appreciated in Asian cuisine for its flavor and color, it is used in desserts such as Shukurimu, the Japanese version of French Choux Cream. This beer is our interpretation of this pastry: a combination of matcha and vanilla with the creaminess of flaked wheat and oats, finishing with massive amounts of hops.
