A revolution is brewing! Gaige Kaifang refers to "Reform and Opening Up", the program of economic reform that China initiated in the late 1970s. Inspired by the breakneck growth and development of Chinese craft beer, we brewed this unfiltered Triple IPA to reform your palate and open up your mind to new hoppy possibilities. Pale gold with notes of bitter orange marmalade, grapefruit peel, black pepper and licorice. On the palate, resinous hops and a spicy bite of alcohol rule over the rich and chewy malt.
