Пиво Zemenīte 2022 (Little Strawberry) - Labietis

A contemporary take on a classic Belgian style berry lambic. An extremely light beer fermented with Brettanomyces genus yeasts and matured on Kamaroza strawberries in a ratio of 1/2. On the nose the intense aroma of fully ripe strawberries dominate the tastescape and will linger all the way through to the aftertaste. The fruity sour nature of the drink reveals itself on the tongue, additionally enriched by the wild yeast esters with dry spicy and slightly mossy notes. All of it in low alcohol beer with a stunning warm red colour.
