We brought some friends out to the brewery from Michigan and the greater Midwest to help us brew this big,malty,chocolately porter. Michigan Hop Alliance sent us some of Michigan's-own Empire Cascade hops to balance the sweetness of the malts in the boil, and drive it on home with an extra punch of dry-hops.
