A group of shaggy-haired buds who called themselves the Waldos had a daily habit of gathering at the respectable time of 4:20 in the afternoon.

They were on the hunt for a secret garden somewhere up in the coastal California hills, according to their treasure map. The hunts were a bust. But their meetup code spread like smoke in the wind.

Our Waldos’ Special ale is a triple IPA made with that original crew’s hand-picked selection of the dankest, headiest hops around and it can only be scored around April.
