We didn't use Mosaic hops on this one, so it is out of our comfort zone heh. Citra and Amarillo lead the way in this fruity hop overdosed 30g/l New England IPA, with fruity esters from the yeast. It has an aroma and taste of fruity fruits, that remind you of fruit because it is fruity from the fruits like tropical fruit, but it has no fruit in it so all the fruity fruitiness comes from hops, as i am writing this i begun to have doubts about the meaning of the word fruit and how it is spelled, but i am not going to check, because it entertains me. My head hurts from writing this.
